A Bit About Me
Hi, I'm Vidya! I've been doing UX/product design since 2017 and I hope to be doing it until 2077 (basically until I'm old and grey). My past employers have said their favourite things about me are my bubbly personality and my can-do spirit. I hope I get to show these to you in person ;). Based in Singapore, I’m always ready for the next exciting design adventure!

Using my knowledge from my diploma, I started getting gigs to do paid UX/UI projects. I even had a few repeat clients.
UX intern
Wonder Workshop
My talent and hard work thus far in UX design managed to land me a fully funded internship in an edutech startup in Silicon Valley. I got to see first-hand what it means to be a product/UX designer in such a competitive environment.

My holy grails
I love to read anything and everything! Here are my top 3 UX design-related reads

The design of everyday things
by Don Norman
This book is a given! It was the very first book related to UX that I read and it changed my perspective on the world around me.

Evil by design
by Chris Nodder
This book approaches design from the "dark side". An extremely intriguing read to better understand the psychology behind designs. I often re-read parts of it to make my designs more persuasive
